Description

The TracRac Toolbox Mount Kit allows you to mount your saddle style toolbox without any drilling or bolting. The mount attaches to the underside of your toolbox allowing it to slide back towards your tailgate or off your truck quickly and easily. It works with most toolboxes. Check to confirm that the belly of your box fits between the TracRac base rails. (on most trucks, the width of the belly of the box, needs to be 61" or less)

If your box isn't an over the rail size/type, you'll have to spend some extra time buying some angle and fabricating. I cut two 16-in lengths of 3x3 angle (.25-inch thick) and mounted them to the sides of my Koblat box that fits between my truck rails. Then I mounted the TracRac sliders under this angle on each side. Now the sliders rest over the rail and fit into the first track. The tool box slides from to the back to the tailgate effortlessly. Love it!
