First off, you won't see me listed as a "verified buyer", because I didn't buy mine through Amazon. I picked it up at a local big box hardware store. The one-touch latch is really handy. A simple two finger lift, and you both unlatch the box and open the lid. Take out what you need, close the lid, and it latches closed automatically. Until it doesn't, and when you pick up the box you fling your tools all over the room. It first happened to me about two weeks after I bought it. Since then it's been completely untrustworthy. Fails roughly 10% of the time, but not in any sort of consistent or predictable way. I've inspected it carefully, and there's no apparent damage or distortion in the shape of the latching mechanism. It just randomly fails to catch, with no indication or warning that it's happened. The good news is that it was cheap, so I'm not out much money. The bad news is that it'll be hard to replace. No way in he double hockey sticks I'd trust this thing enough to carry it into a customer's home again.
