Nicely finished hardware, but the tabs that form the hinge area tend to bend easily under load. They bend in the direction of the load, so the clamps do not retain a "snug" fit once latched. Not suitable for anything that will experience loading on the latch; like a tool box where the latches secure the lid closed, yet the handle for carrying is on the lid, or if using to compress something like a seal around a door.
